The 12 unit apartment complex at corner of 7th Ave. and Boren sold by Patricia Wall to Dixie Hospitality (Mark & Tammy Borns) for $400,000.  Michael White sold nice 4700 sq. ft. house and 17 acres on Buzzard Creek to Carl & Cheryl Eaby for $535,000.  Carney & Bonnie Bell did have their beautiful 104 acre farm on Buzzard Creek in Adams on market for sale at $1,300,000 but understand now that someone else in their family may have purchased it.  Ernest & Billie Burns sold big house and 15 acres with huge horse facility in Cross Plains to Edward & Pam Bush for $585,000.  The big restored 1876 house on Hwy 49East next to Krisle/Starks farm has now sold for $640,000 by Emily Neville to Rosemary & Alan Lee Hayes.  A 5700 sq. ft. house on 37 acres on Distillery Rd. near Hwy 76 sold by Debra & Allen Walker for $950,000.  Jan & Blake Morris sold their 4500 sq. ft. home with horse stable out on Lawrence Lane in Springfield for $560,000.

Websites - Feature information as well as color photos of inside and outside will be placed on 4 websites:  thecoutsteam.com, Realtor.com, Realtracs.com

v Brochure - A full color brochure will be developed using inside and outside photos plus feature information.  These brochures will be placed in a "take one" box in your front lawn near street.  Will also send one of these to a "power network" of the areas top 20 real estate agents so they become immediately familiar with the property-in color!

v Advertising - We run regular picture ads in Robertson County Times, Buy-a-Homes, Bargain Browser and Home Magazines.

v Screen lookers from buyers - We work hard to determine if buyers are qualified to buy a house the price of yours.  This helps eliminate lookers!

v Open House - We hold Open House only if seller wants them.  They are not an important aspect in the sale of homes in our area.

v Mortgage Info Sheet - A local loan officer will prepare a sheet showing loan options for potential buyers (down payment, closing costs, monthly payment, etc).  This will be prepared for your house at the listed price and copies placed in your home for potential buyers to take one.
