We specialize in real estate in Springfield and Robertson County.  This includes farms, farm land, condos, building lots, as well as single family homes.  "Country Air, City Flair" describes the best of both worlds found in Robertson County, Tennessee which is located just 25 miles north of Nashville between I-65 and I-24.  Only 56,000 people live in our county with 14,000 of them in the county seat of Springfield.

Brochure - A full color brochure will be developed using inside and outside photos plus feature information. These brochures will be placed in a "take one" box in your front lawn near the street. We'll also send one of these to a "power network" of the areas top 20 real estate agents so they become immediately familiar with the property in color!

Advertising - We run regular picture ads in  the Robertson County Times, Buy-A-Home Magazine, the Bargain Browser and Homes Magazine.

Screen lookers from buyers - We work hard to determine if buyers are qualified to buy a house the price of yours. This helps eliminate lookers!

Open House - We hold Open House only if seller wants them. They are not an important aspect in the sale of homes in our area.

Mortgage Info Sheet - A local loan officer will prepare a sheet showing loan options for potential buyers (down payment, closing costs, monthly payment, etc). This will be prepared for your house at the listed price and copies placed in your home for potential buyers to take one.
